No. Transcripts and score reports must be received officially. This means that high school transcripts should be sent directly by the high school while score reports should be requested electronically from either the College Board or the ACT Board. The Supporting Materials section of the application is designed for students to upload personal statements, portfolios, resumes and other supporting documents.
