Students indicated OSIS numbers on their application, but the transcript status still reads as ‘desired’. Print

If students have transferred from a non-DOE high school, they may be seeing a status of ‘desired’, even though they have provided an OSIS number. We are currently reviewing these transcripts.
In the interim:

Confirm that the student's OSIS number was entered correctly
Submit a transcript from any non-DOE school that they previously attended
Confirm that their school does not need a paper transcript. Click here for a list of NYC DOE schools that are required to submit a paper transcript.
